Volunteer Support Toolkit - Program Quality Awards
The Program Quality Award will be presented annually to Sections that meet all the objectives laid out in the National Program Standards for that Section. A section that meets all the program targets and has trained and accomplished leaders delivering strong, balanced programs to Scouting’s youth members will have no problems earning this award.
Program Builder Online
An easy-to-use, web-based resource that will make planning outstanding weekly
meetings quick and easy. Scouters begin by outlining the night with date, times and special things to remember and do. They then fill in the night’s programs by drawing upon a database of over 1800 Beaver, Cub and Scout activities. The program can be shared with and modified by other members of the Section Leadership Team.
Volunteer Support Toolkit - Prepared Program Calendar
A sample year-long calendar for a Beaver, Cub or Scout Program has been filled in with Jumpstarts to help Scouters with yearly programming. These Program Calendars are a tool to help Leaders by providing structure and ideas on how Scouts Canada programs can be offered to the youth members. These are meant to be guidelines, and Scouters can modify them accordingly to suit their specific needs
